Digital Marketing Manager
PayBy is a UAE Fintech company that aims to change payment in everyone’s daily life. This role will be part of marketing and communication team to establish clear and consistent image for users, merchants and stakeholders.
- Manage social media channels and create content calendar, paid social media strategy and manage the community.
- Lead detailed analyses of campaign effectiveness, including segmentation, creative targeting, and cohort analysis.
- Overlook the Arabic content across marketing and communication channels.
- Develop, deploy, analyze, and disseminate comprehensive reporting.
- Manage day-to-day channel operations with assisting in the development of the channel’s long-term strategy.
- Coordinate with strategy, creative, and production teams to drive channel growth and to ensure campaigns are in alignment with brand positioning and long-term goals.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and overall digital marketing trends.
- Inspire, collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing either in-house or at an advertising or media agency.
- 2+ years of experience with content development and Facebook/Instagram and PPC campaign management with UAE local insights.
- Native Arabic speaker. Outstanding written and verbal skills in English.
- Experience of working with data analysis for website.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM.
- Strong analytical skills and agility to quickly understand and communicate the relationship between marketing results and business outcomes.
- Comfortable working across multiple simultaneous assignments, as well as under pressures and tight deadlines.
